I don't know if you are the right one to talk about Quinn but I want to ask you if Quinn is getting some love any time soon because she has again a very low pickrate like she had before the rework. I feel like everyone just forgot about Quinn.
She's a very niche champion that has an awkward playstyle to those that aren't willing to dedicate the time to learn it.
I think Quinn is fine, remember how Huni cleaned up team liquid with a penta? She is op.
Quinn is pretty unfulfilling to play nowadays. I miss pre-rework Quinn. That Quinn actually had a rewarding playstyle - it just needed some sort of reset mechanic to make her R form more reliable.
But I got to add, every time I am playing Quinn Top, I am guaranteed to get a First Blood 95 percent of the time. Quinn's early game is OP but mid and late, meh, not good.

Its just bad to see how her pick rate is as low as before her rework so nothing at all changed with Quinn except for her new Ultimate.
