twitch is stronger than ever

Can you give me some reasons why twitch is stronger than ever?

stealth is better, constant MS, no delay for taking damage and lasts longer

W better as well, builds stacks on its own. Now he has waveclear before runaans

Plus his 55% win rate currently

the constant MS, no delay for taking damage and lasts longer means nothing as pretty the majority of the champs will still be able to chase him. Even with W new slow for 3 sec it still doesn't even come close to being viable for an escape tool nvm the fact that the poison stacks are not that helpful late game. And win rate shouldn't even be taken account given how recent the update is and the abnormal amount of play time he is getting right now, after a few more months will we see how viable twitch is in plat+

Most high elo ADCs freaking love the twitch changes and he's currently got one of the highest win rates among ADCS in plat+. If they don't nerf him I'd be suprised if he doesn't see some LCS play.

Highest win rates means almost nothing right now since he has such a abnormal amount of play time, give it a few more months and you can watch that win rate drop or people not play him nearly as much.

You don't seem to understand how win/play rates normally work. If a champion has higher popularity win rates typically drop because champion mains (the players who have the highest win rate with the champion) make up a smaller percentage of the people playing the champion. If a champion's win rate and play rate both increase that is a sign that the champion was buffed or there was a meta shift that favored the champion.

Furthermore, champion win rates typically drop after a rework because people have to relearn the champion. The only time we don't see this is when the reworked champion is more powerful than the pre-worked champion.

Twitch is quite strong right now. You might not believe it because you're only silver but people in Diamond+ are freaking out over how good he is right now.

Except the win rate graph for twitch literally says the opposite, in fact the patch 6.2 shows a higher win rate compared to play. I will pretty much guarantee that the win rate will either match the overall win rate for twitch or be lower until the next major rework. And that's beside the point seeing as i am saying twitch was ruined, and he was since now you can't play him as the invisible ganker that he was pretty much designed as from the beginning.

You do realize you just proved my point right? If play rate and win rate both increase after a rework then that is an indication that the champion is much stronger post rework than pre rework.

If twitch's play rate decreased and his win rate decreased (see kayle with regards to fervor changes) or his play increased by his win rate took a nose dive (see akali or katarina reworks) then I would agree with you that Twitch was much weaker.

He still is an invisible ganker with amazing team fighting capability he just now has a lot more counter play. His strengths are more highlighted and his weaknesses are more pronounced. You are in the severe minority when it comes to the Twitch changes. Most people, especially in high elo, think he's a much healthier and a much better champion. The changes made it so Riot can properly buff/nerf him rather than have him be in a constant state of being overpowered or being in the gutter. I'm actually really excited for the Twitch changes and the possibility of him returning to pro play.

Thanks for Balancing Twitch

I'd like to thank Riot Games for balancing Twitch, now i need more skill to play him! Before all i did as twitch was sneak behind enemy lines and sprayed my ult and know i must think about my possitioning!

So thank you again Riot Games, thank you!

Yea your right, its great that twitches camouflage is pretty much useless in jungle and that you can't even scope out bushes without a huge risk on being spotted. Also lets appreciate the fact that camouflage isn't an escape tool anymore because you know twitch had plenty of those and it was just to op to escape with the previous ambush. So yea thanks riot for making it outrageously hard to where its pretty much pointless to position twitch even though his entire basis of late game is completely reliant on positioning.

my my can't wait till they make a tank that goes compleatly invisible or barserker something like darius then i could go in middle of enemy team and kill anyone i want without anyone stopping me! That would be soo balanced! Bad sarcasm aside i'd agree with your dissatisfaction in new twitch but before all you could do was buy pinks to counter him untill he 100-0 anyone squishy thats not fizz or doesn't have zhonyas hell he felt like adc rengar before, you see in colors BAM! black and white for you son! And countering invisibility with pinks weren't even that good since they were visible and all invisible champion had to do was go around it during teamfights and now since they removed pinks all together twitch would be OP as hell if he was left untouched. Now twitch seems like champion that needs good possitioning to be played well and i consider this a challange for Splinter mains.
