I was in my promos for Silver 5, which is a best of five. I won two games, then lost two games. After the second loss, it said I have been unsuccessful in my series. How does that make any sense? Why would I not get to play the fifth match?

I get that it was wrong for them to do that, but to dodge, especially in PROMOS...
that is just stupid. I'm sorry but you just don't do that. You pick another champ, accept their apology if they give it, and play on. You never know if you could've won that game!
