All Wrong About Zilean
Welcome to All Wrong About Zilean : So,lets have a look about the disantvantages of Zilean
STATS: 1st of all his seems to be a squishy champion.His health is about the same with Janna - Nami BUT these 2 support's can 
and 
unlike zilean he has no spell to restore health or block damage.Today all supports can and expect 
,

but these champions does not need support spell,because they are offensive supports.
ABILITIES: Zilean needs mana to work efficiently (poke with Q) so i had an idea about his passive.His now passive is kinda useless :~~ Increases experience gain of all allied champions within Heightened Learning's range by 8%.~~
Passive:So a good passive for zilean would be : _After casting 2 abilities the next ability costs no mana and restore 20% missing mana _ Combo: Q,W,Q NORMAL COST:155 MANA WITH PASSIVE:95 MANA +19 MANA RESTORED
Q : Q is a great ability ,High Base Damage 75 / 115 / 165 / 230 / 300 , High AP Ratio = (+90% AP) It has CC which is hard to succeed but still good BUT because zilean has nothing to get protected shield or heal,it would be good add a good effect
If a bomb is placed on a unit already holding a bomb, the first will detonate immediately,stunning all enemies in range for a brief duration and also shielding Zilean for 60/120/180/240/300 (+8% of his maximum mana)
W: W Reduces the cooldown by 10 from Q , E nothing to say this ability cannot be changed
E: E has a great haste and slow stats 40 / 55 / 70 / 85 / 99% but the duration is only for ~~2.5 ~~seconds.
In my opinion i think it would be better to be 20/27/35/42/50% for 5 seconds
