Queue times - something wrong w/ my computer??

Genuinely confused by these waiting times. I'm queued up as Sup/Fill and I'm still getting astronomically long waiting times... other people say when they queue as this they typically get an instant game. :/

I'm low level, just playing normal drafts. What gives?
