Lel It's still by far an Akali only Item. I mean it's decent on Kat. But the healing is cut by 2/3 for everything she does. But the fact that her AOE damage is ridiculous makes it an ok item on her.

Escheton1 votesHextech is nice on EVERYONE in Bronze/Silver because sustain is really nice to cover for mistakes/bad trades. But beyond that, it's a kinda subpar item except on those like Akali.
