An effective suggestion for reduce luck effect in games

If a player slain an enemy and stay alive with HP less than 20 is it luck? absolutely the enemy have same skill but what happens is that 300 Gold and many experience and play time gifted to one of them and other one nothing. I know that bounty will increase and its so good. but I have a better suggestion. 1- remove Triumph (Main reason of snowballs and lucks in games. 2- if a player dies while he/she could reduce enemy HP less than 50 give him for example 100 Gold gift. 3- Reduce amount of bounties (for example 1000 > 800). Good luck Riot.

No. 2 is just bad. "Oh you were close, let's give you a participation trophy. You tried". Hell no.

Makes flawless sense. This is why in basket ball if it bounces on the rim more then 4 times we give the team 2 points regardless of if it makes it thru the hoop. Its also why on windy days we let football teams have the 3 point for a field goal if we notice the wind picked up.

Riot should follow suit and copy these pro sports.

There is no such thing as luck unless you're playing a Crit based champ when it comes to actual gameplay

Only matchmaking

Sometimes you have to push your champ to the limits (surviving with 30 hp) to get an advantage on your opponent

you will have triumph advantages while you do nothing and skill is not important. for example they can edit it as below 3 seconds after killing an enemy champion his/her soul can be collected which restores 10% of your missing health. but removing it is better way to reduce luck in games.

do you even know what luck means? in what world does Triumph offers any amount of luck? you died and the enemy didn't. Unless you are telling me it was due to a crit chance less than 100% then yeah it might have been "luck" that you got that crit that got you the kill but without it? where is the luck component? Seems to me you are salty that someone outplayed you and since you cannot believe that someone can do that you decided that it was "luck" that won
