Unable to gain LP in ranked

Ive been playing for about a solid month now in ranked and am unable to gain anything more then 15lp per win, usually average 13lp, but when I lose its like -23 or -24lp. When I look on OP.GG it says my mmr is Gold and yet im getting completely screwed over here because I am unable to lose even a single match or it is the same as losing 2. It says on my profile to go on a win streak but I have gone on 3-4 win streaks multiple times now and and still only getting 13lp. Should I just stop playing ranked because this is bugged or am I just being trolled? Its really aggravating me because I'm basically forced to never lose and if i do get a single loss i need to hope that I don't get demoted while at the same time having to win 2x more games to make up for a single loss. I'm not playing like 1 game a day, im playing like 5-10 and I just have no clue what to do anymore. I've 100+ games with the inability to get more then 13lp now.
