I think I've seen this before. I can't remember what causes it, but I think restarting the clients is the fix.

Check which queue you're running. G2 and S1 solo doesnt mean you can play like gold and bronze flex

it is solo/duo, didn't know what happened, but its solved by yesterday , thx tho ~
