New Devourer???

Can we all just admit that this is as broken as it gets? The only ones who wont admit it are the ones who are gaining tons of LP by jumping on the flavor of the month champions at the beginning of every patch. Tank meta (Gragas, Sej and Hecarim). New ridiculous insta kill everyone meta with new devourer (Master Yi, Jax, Aatrox, Vayne). This is getting a little ridiculous. Every patch flips the game upside down. Leaving the player with 2 options. Get on board and play the champs that synergize well with the new item. Or lose. I have been playing for quite some time now. Only recently I am no longer enjoying playing. Because recently it seems like Riot is smoking more reefer than Willy Nelson. Are these items even tested before being introduced??? Master Yi running around full tilt murdering entire teams?? And I know someone is going to come up with the dumb argument "Have you ever heard of chain cc??". Lets just admit that Riot's attempts at keeping things "fresh" are complete shit. I was my hands of this game.
