This has been long overdue in league, and has been avoided for a long time for fear of toxicity, but with so many people complaining of fairness in this age, due to communication barriers in ranked, this is the option we are left with. Overall, the idea is actually a good one in the end, and should've been implemented long ago, but it is nearing upon too late. This system needs to be implemented soon, within one year if possible.

now you may ask: why are those people that can speak multiple languages the problem? They should be praised for their determination in doing so...
But they tend to abuse that power, especially when they premade with like tongued people. Because instead of sticking with a language that even the solo players understand, they can and will troll people by only speaking another language. While this problem can plague EU more than NA, unless you can speak every language your gonna be in a bad situation should you come across a person that speaks a language you can't.
macromite1 votesthis is true, but like in other games, there is a method of dealing with this. pings. we already have pings to communicate on a basic level, so if it comes down to it it still works as well as an omni linguistic and basic system.

Should Voice coms be given to us? Maybe, I'm on the fence on the subject of that feature.
But it doesn't make it an excuse that bringing it to fix dynamic is a positive direction to "save dynamic queue" because its a bandaid to the problem.
macromite1 votesvoice coms aren't a perfect solution, but it would reduce the gap incredibly. it's a pretty big bandage as well, removing all of the major advantages groups hold.
