revert to a better time

I believe that this game was built of the raw stat count. If you knew your stats were lower than your other laner you had to play accordingly. now lets just make it easy and you will do dmg with "runes" which are just masteries and are nothing to do with runes whatso ever. Now you can half health someone with an ability that shouldnt do such dmg. this makes every champ viable to do damage which is just not how this game was built. you play support role you build support items nothing else you save people and micromanage other support duties, none of which are damage. is not a spell that should even be thought of as support unless you are facing a mundo and a ww in the same game.
