Flex que

Hey guys, i don't know if you guys have been experiencing the same but the last few games ive played, ive had someone always feed. There is a difference between being bad at league. Ive had my top laner's go 0/9 and still try to 1v5 their whole team even though i try my best. Im not saying im a great player. But shouldnt riot consider individual performances?? like cs.. its not fair that you have to be placed lower just because one person on your team costs you the game. Each game is just tilting me more.
