your KDA was quite amazing. but CS seems to be one of the biggest factors in the grading factors. the fact you have 229 CS at roughly 40 min is awful, you need roughly 180 more cs

if you go even 3/1/0 but you have 400 CS at 40 min you will probably get an S+
