Warwick's ult is broken

Right now, over the time being Warwick's ult hasn't been hitting people when it is suppose to hit someone dead on your screen. It's some sort of bug that really needs to be fixed right now, Try it yourself and it's still broken no matter what. I ulted atleast 10 times of one game and hit 2 ults, one was right infront of me, and the other was lucky. It needs to be fixed right now.
