Can you guys nerf rumbles cds? My personal opinion. they are way to short before incorporating the added cd from items and runes

Check his passive; it self silences if he spams too much.

CDR is a weak stat for Rumble.

he has a 10 second cd on his q that ruined his early game (lvs 1 to 3). what else do you want?
