It has counters, but it can feel really gimpy when Karthus snipes you from global range just because he pressed R and there was nobody around to stop him. It especially sucks for ADCs since their only real option against it is Banshee's Veil
Edit: Seriously people? Did I fucking call the ult broken? Did I fucking flame the post? Did I in any way say something offensive? No. I didn't. Which just shows that if one person downvotes, everyone else will mindlessly downvote it too to try and be with the popular opinion. I gave my opinion. I think it sucks to die to an ult like Karthus's when there is literally nothing you can do about it at the time! Why does that suddenly make me the antichrist?

I feel like Solo Queue Fizz should be a meme. They always seem to make the dumbest moves (Solo Queue Fizz ults) and say the dumbest things.

I thought Zhonyas (and SOME type of magic resist) was the standard for all champs when they have to deal with Karthus ults. Although i'm not sure if the passive on the GA would save you from the global ult. Derp.
