How is it possible to climb?

Can someone explain me based on what the one gets his LP ? For each win, I got around 11-15 for each loss I lost more than 22. That was the main reason for me ending in silver. (P.S. I got too many trolls and afks in a row so was demoted from gold 4 to silver 1) and I just can't climb anymore.

Right now my rank is silver 2 and it is finally ok, I mean for each won I got at least 16-17 and for each loss, I lost somewhat 20-21. Does that mean that I should get demoted on purpose so it will be somewhat even?

I only played like a total of 15 ranked games last season but I always got like 30lp and lost around 17 idle what's up with you

I have been playing the whole season rank games only and it was kinda ok most of the time I got somewhat 22 for a win and lost around 20, but since I dropped that bad from gold 4 it begins barely impossible to climb :C Anyone knows how lp counts?
