Distrubute AFK Teammate(s) GP10 among the rest of the team.
It could alleviate the gold discrepancy due to being out numbered all game.

What if they come back? They'd be even more behind than they were before.
It would create too many balancing issues. That 2--8 talon that got shit on? someone afk's and he gets an entire item out of thin air and is suddenly back into the game. Supports could abuse this, they dc and give their team a bunch of gold. The team spends the extra gold, then the support comes back and gets carried.
Doesn't really work without dota's disconnect/abandon system that league doesn't have.
