also cause the play's teemo makes are Bronze-Silver tier. LSC players would know the strats and counter act them every time.

However, with Blind being utterly useless vs anyone that isn't purely relient on Non-Onhit auto atk damage and crits, Teemo's not a strong counter to most of his potential opponents.

They need to rework Blind into something as useful as Graves's Smoke Bomb. And maybe give his shrooms a small bit of its AP ratio back (.1 tops)
