Ok so im playing zed and i ult fizz and he E's when im gone and the death mark doesnt accauly happen so its like im not ulting at all yet i still get the cd and everything so is this suppose to happen or what

Stupid Fish becomes untargetable, so yea, it is supposed to happen.
You have to snowball on him when he is very weak - pre lvl 3.
I always get up close and personal with him without using any abiltiies, they usually proc their E then because they feel threatened...unless theyre a smart fishy. but if they use their E, Shadow away when he does (not far though, just enough to avoid dmg) and then ult him when he lands and go HAM. since he now has no escape essentially
