Corki and his full build against adcs (not Mids) needs to be addressed for his failure to 1v1

adcs need to be prevented from fighting corki at his full build. his itemization doesnt give the champion the "big daddy" of damage that he needs from his build. his tri-force / botrk / void gives his AAs good damage (and can beat mids) except it doesnt knock out the possibility that his damage fails against a full crit Lucian/Vayne, especially if corki has to beat them himself.

corki is just a slow champion and doesnt meet the needs of a 1v1 unless its against a mid, and the trade off... well it is rarely worth it. it just seems like corki was an accident and definitely looks like he needs the help before things get ugly./
