Martyr's Gambit on PBE maybe?

I think with the dead man's plate on pbe that having the other defensive item, from Black Market: Martyr's Gambit, should be on the pbe as well and added to the game. It provides tanky supports what they want. Having face of the mountain is great but once that shield runs out or dies off there's nothing can do as support except peel, if have good amount of cc, for your carries. :/ Taking extra damage and possibly sacrificing yourself for good of carries would be great and that's what tanks or supports want to do, at least I do, when playing those roles.
