Rift Herald and Devourer

Normal Jungle Camp: 1 Stack Rift Scuttle: 2 Stacks Dragon/Baron: 5 Stacks

Rift gives temp. vision, Drag gives permanent strength, and Baron is a temporary, yet powerful boost. Rift Herald is also a temporary, yet powerful boost, but is a bit weaker and only helps one player. I believe it should be worth 2 or 3 stacks. It is more difficult to fight against than Dragon in my opinion as well. Opinions?

Dragon's worth 5 stacks so Rift Herald should be worth 5.

3 stacks if we're talking about usefulness but 5 because it's an epic monster [slayer-jinx-unamused] [slayer-jinx-wink] [slayer-jinx-catface]

I think the general idea is putting more more stacks on those river monsters, which should be points of contestment. You should be encouraged to Ward the Neutral objectives, and coordinate with your team to take them. And the enemy team should be encouraged to do the same. (in order to deny said objectives.)

Should be noted, if someone is running devourer. Neutral objectives will hold just a little more weight.
