Ranked Matchmaking Improvement Idea

There is always that one player who loses a ranked game and does not deserve the loss. There is always that one player who wins a ranked game and deserves most of the credit for that win.

Here is my proposal.

All players have the option to vote for one player on the losing team who did not deserve to receive the LP loss. The LP loss is negated for that player.

All players have the option to vote for one player on the winning team who stood out among the rest. This person receives 1.5x LP.

Of course it is up to each person to determine someone is deserving of a vote based on attitude, skill, kda or whatever.

More things to consider:

• all players vote or just the the winning team for the 1.5x candidate and the losing team for the LP loss negation candidate
• a majority vote or a fixed number of votes
• how to deal with duo queues

I feel like this idea can really help Riots far from perfect matchmaking system. I do not think it will be exploited so easily as well. What do you think?
