Auto-fill in promos

I was wondering why riot can't make a system where the matching for someone that's in promos can't have an auto-fills-free game (not just in their own team but also in the enemy team to make it fair), instead of having the typical auto-filled guy in a role that he maybe doesn't even play and first pick something and just loses the game.

I know that auto-fill is a necessity since nobody wants to play support and the queues would be too long and it wouldn't be healthy.

So Instead of making everyone else that it's not in a promo wait the extra time why don't you put the guy in promos in a special queue or something that would hold him until they find a spot in a team without auto-fills. Also you don't have to make it obligatory for everyone in a promo to wait (maybe they don't care about auto-fills) couldn't it be that hard to put a checkbox or something to make that option available, I'd GLADLY wait 10 min or more for a decent promo game instead of getting the troll auto-fill or the supp that doesn't know what he's doing and I can't dodge because it's an auto-lost so I have to either pray to pull out a miracle or waste at least 15 min of my time trying to avoid the inevitable.

Also I'm not even talking about having a team free from auto-fill but at least not to auto-fill the guy in the promo, how the f can i hope to carry in my promos if i get auto-filled supp and i have to just hope that the guy that got my role does better than me...

Whatever you think about this suggestion, I'm just salty i got auto-filled supp my last promo game and lost miserably without even have a chance to try.
