MAking old icons available again.

This is not exactly gameplay related, but Riot Support linked me to this forum sooo,..

I remember starting to play this game back in 2013! Back then, and still to this day, my favorite Icon was the 2013 Harrowing ''Spirit of the Altar''. Unfortunately, I don't have that account anymore. It hasn't really occured to me, but seeing how many special/event icons are released recently, I kind miss those older icons. The thing is: These are unavailable which means they are not accessible in store or hextech loot. Not to be confused with legacy icons, which can still be found in loot boxes.

However, even other Harrowing items like the 2017 Deathsworn icons are still available in loot. I don't really understand this decision. Even if you don't want to return these old icons to the store normally, at least make them available during Harrowing events or in hextech loot. (or whatever returning event fits the icons best, as I'm just using the Spirit icon as an example)

I think this would be a nice nod towards older or returning players while also providing newer players a chance to get their hands on them. You're doing it with something as special as worlds skins (Riven), PAX Skins (Sivir) so why not do it for icons as well.
