I would like a damage build for lee sin. I currently use a tankish build for him from my friend.
Current build: Red saber:warrior , Black cleaver , boots , deadman's , randuinn's , titanic hydra
When im not jungling the jng item becomes a doran's blade that's later replaced by an optional item.

There are two current iterations of Lee Sin jungle.
The traditional and most popular is

This build is excellent early game, but focuses on linear scaling. The items increase your damage incrementally which means that playing from behind is incredibly difficult.
There is another build that is currently circulating that scales much more effectively in theory. It goes
