You probably want to take something like a Phantom Dancer instead of Ghostblade so that you make a better use of his passive, and to help give him some defense when he's reloading (also I would recommend SS instead of RFC for better waveclear, but that's just me. I usually prefer SS anyway)

Jihn only gets 50% extra damage on a crit instead of 100%. But Crit chance also increases his AD by 1% for every 2.5%. which would result in 40% increase in at max crit.

140% AD + 70%( 50% of total AD) = 210% damage. So Unless their are other factors in play, (or if my calculations are off) Jihn should scale slightly better than Most ADC's With Critical strike chance. (And that's not factoring his Auto Crit every 4 attacks) not to mention that his raw increase to AD will also affect his spells.

Not to impressed with the damage amplification from AS though. Though the increased MS boost from his passive might make having some AS worth your while. especially when coming from Zeal items.

on your build, I would probably trade RFC for Phantom Dancer. Since his Actual AS is fixed, he won't benefit as much from items requiring a lot of attacking. I would also Question the Ghost blade, as your build lacks an LS or defensive item. Perhaps take a Maw or a Scimitar instead.
