Like seriously? I'm having a real hard time figuring out why that happened... his play rate didn't go down an absurd amount, and then he suddenly gets +3% win rate top lane, and a +5% win rate in the jungle. As far as I can tell, nothing too major happened in that patch that should have brought him up that high... except maybe the Poppy nerfs?
Is that this most recent patch? COTC got nerfed and a lot of its users were strong against rumble
i like playing him jungle. Love the bot ganks where the enemy duo pushes in where you can just nuke the hell out of them from 2000 range just by pressing ult and get kills casually while moving to your next jungle camp not even using Q.
Also powerfaming on rumble is really fast. He can take raptors taking almost no damage if you get your heat bar around 55 and spam the crap out of your kit.
Any nerfs to someone else is a buff to everyone against them
