Give Ashe's W and AP Ratio
I enjoy off meta builds and sometimes I enjoy playing AP Ashe.
Landing the ult feels good and you have decent cc to help your team, but other then that AP Ashe is useless.
Only her R scales with ap, so the most damage you can do building full ap is having 
for your w.
Most other AD carries have some form of AP scalings like 
, so can Ashe get something like a 30-50% scaling of AP on her W?
It wouldn't break 
as her build never tend to include AP when playing as ADC and it might allow an off-meta build to be a little more viable.
