Scuttle Crab and Kindred mark timer change.

Right now on the PBE, Scuttle Crab spawns at 3:15 instead of 2:00. And as someone who plays Jungle and a lot Kindred I wanted to know if Kindred's mark timer will get changed as to win it marks camps. Right now Wolf marks camps at 2:05. But if Scuttle Crab spawns at 3:15 that would mean Kindred would get set far behind. Kindred already has to do a coin flip on killing the right Scuttle so why have them keep a Scuttle alive for 1 minute and 15 seconds? Please think about changing the time Wolf marks camps if you go though with the Scuttle spawn change.
