NEW RANKED IDEA FOR LEAVER-BUSTER!

My friend CG LetMeNPlzz talked to me about a great idea he had about ranked game play. He told me that his last ranked game a person on his team raged, thus quitting the game. He, and the rest of his team, lost the game and he lost his position on the leader boards. His idea was this; If a player, in ranked game play, is to leave a match before the ten minute mark, the game should automatically start a surrender vote. If the 3 out of the four players left choose to surrender, the game shall end and be labeled as "loss prevented" or "null". This prevents unfair loss of rank. For the leaver; the player shall be banned for 24 hours. If done continuously, the punishment shall increase.
