im thinking about going all armor rammus. rune page all amor quints reds, and yellows, and mr for blues. my build will consist of rushing thorn(if you want boots),then go

Its not worth it to lose out on an extra 4.5% movement speed. And if you are jungling try going attackspeed marks. My rammus page is really wierd but ends up with 4.5% movement speed, 15% attackspeed, 9 armor, 10%cdr at level 18, and 4 MR.
It isn't as viable as it used to be. Before, even though you were putting all of your eggs into the AD basket, you could still rest easy knowing you can 1v1 their ADC. However because SS/Rapidfire Cannon are so strong and the high hybrid damage between champs, masteries and items right now there is a lot of mixed damage and so All Armor is usually not going to be as strong as balanced resistances.
But if you're playing draft and they lock in a bunch of hard AD champs then sure.
