I've been a hardstuck Gold 4-2 for 4 months or something, mostly because i wasn't playing that much ranked games, or league at all, but lately i started playing a lot of ranked games and realised that the matchmaking is unfair and unblanaced.Not because enemy is too good or something, but because my teammates are too bad.Not to mention that every third game i encounter a player that keeps raging(More than me, ikr right?) and eventually goes afk. Yesterday/today i went on a 8 game winning streak so when i would get to around 90LP i would keep getting teammates that are smurfing from bronze.So after that 8 game winning streak, i got to 94LP or something and then managed to break that winning streak with a 5 game losing streak, and eventually get to 0LP and ofcourse get demoted back to Gold3 and get back to being a G3 hardstuck once again. I mostly play ADC and usually play Kai'sa if open and Ezreal. I don't play them because i'm a two trick pony, but because i don't have many champions on this account since my last one got banned for toxicity. And i'm just mad when i see someone getting crushed in lane by me and my support and then getting carried by his teammates because every other lane was losing. Game i just played i was Kai'sa and my support was Thresh into Sivir and Alistar.I won't get into detailes but the point is that my jungler, Shyvana went for a lvl5 gank and didn't had enough brain cells to realise that flashing into a wall while being 5 feet away from it wouldn't get you to the other side of it.So she failed her flash and went afk so she could come back at 18mins and talk shit to me because i was the only one that didn't want to ff since i was 4/1. Then my support also started trash talking me saying that i got fed only because of him, but actually he was that good that he managed to hit 3/10 hooks on non moving targets hoping they would flash or dash so he could make a prediction montage.I lost the game btw. So my question is if any of you have any suggestions to me on how to play, when to play, and what to play to actually get out of gold. Good life advice: Learn what you can control and what you can't. Of what you can control, do your damn best every time. Of what you can't, don't worry about it, it's outside of your hands.

Your teammates can only be influenced by you; you can't control them. So, focus on yourself. Instead of judging your teammates for their inadequacies, make yourself stand head and shoulders above your teammates. Learn how to win and more importantly dominate your lane. Learn how to slow push, and the moment you crash a 10+ minion wave into the enemy tower, leave and do something else. Ward the enemy Jungle, gank another lane, kill Scuttle and gain Dragon control, etc. etc. You are the common factor in all of your games. Don't get caught up in that one lane with that one champion that did that one thing yada yada yada, focus on you and realize that any single game doesn't matter, it's more important to perform well consistently.
