PPl who start playing this game will never get to play this game for fun bc they will always get to play agasint smurfs WHY isn't this bannable? ppl who are lvl 6 have to play agains't dia smurf wooow, does sb agree with me?
As a player who's currently making a smurf, I can tell you that the system detects that you're playing against other smurfs, hint Normal MMR. A new player isn't going to have a 50-70% winrate while they're leveling their account, they're going to have around a 35-50%. I don't get new players on my team when I queue up for normals on my level 21, nor have I since around level 8 (taking into affect that the mmr doesn't have enough games to put me into a designated spot).
From a business standpoint "Smurfing" is good because they are likely to rebuy their favorite skins that they have on their original account.
You arent going to tell me there won't be any 
smurfs that are going to refuse to go into games without a skin

1 they get the more money from the pro market and the wanna bes. 2. There are not enough new players to match right so matchmaking would take a lonnngg time. 3. This game hates newbies and honestly its like smoking, at first you can even throw up since its toxic you literallly have to force yourself to play this game early 4. If people sell accounts then they get money for name changes :)
Never because Smurfing should never be a banable offence you just have to come to terms with it existing .. say you made a 2nd account.. you would be banned then since you would be consiered a smurf and maybe people want multiple accounts so say their main account may be diamond 5 support and not good out of supporting and say they wanted to get better with another role you wouldnt want them just picking say jungle in your ranked game because we know you would end up flaming them... so wheres the harm? there is none... and thats just the leveling system.. so what if they have to deal with some smurfs the smurfs will level faster
If they just went to a club system the smurfs would be useless instead of the joke elo system.
smurfs are never going to be a bannable thing. Smurfs also are quickly detected by the game and are put into games with other smurfs. New players shouldn't care about someone destroying them in lane, they should be playing against bots until about lvl 10 or until they feel like they are able to deal with them instead of "this guy is too good!"
