Riot really is trying to make bot lane a 5 man fiesta all game

  • Turret First Blood gold added:

  • 400 total gold across the team for first turret kill- 275g local gold and 25 global gold. Chat all out added.

  • Duration lowered to 5 minutes from 7 minutes.

  • Damage reduction increased to 50% from 35%

  • Bot lane turrets no longer have Fortification.

Come on Riot the first 5 minutes of the game is where I had my peace and quiet. Now I don't even get that.

I bet this is gonna be a 0-1-4 meta. or back to a regular 1-1-2. I don't know if the changes like this are gonna add more laning diversity or take it all away, and stop bot from going top. All I know is operation clown fiesta bot lane is a go.

Nonono, we'll be doing a 1-1-3 meta from now on. ADCs will have TWO supports.

Not really, or they wouldn't have nerfed teleport.

The change might be hamfisted, but for once I actually think it's gonna work (in dethroning the lane swap meta in competitive).

the only thing this does is prevent laneswapping which is so prevalent in the lcs and will have minimal impact in the casual scene apart from the turret first blood, which impacts the lcs much more as it makes laneswapping even more disadvantageous for the professional scene. pros dont want the enemy team to get free gold.

its 5 mins into the game. if you honestly cant hold your tower for more than 5 mins then you're clearly playing at a level that you should not be

On all seriousness I can see it being more balanced around competitive play where ADCs just afk farm top and there's practically two junglers.
