Ori W Broken
Orianna's W dmg goes off at the balls destination when casting Q before the ball has reached its destination. I have seen this happen every time I play against Orianna, and it makes for near impossible dodging of the skill. As the definition of Ori's W states, the dmg effect should be cast around the ball's current location. _Command Dissonance EFFECT RADIUS: 250 COST: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 Mana COOLDOWN: 9 Command Dissonance
Active: Orianna commands The Ball to emit an electric pulse around its current location, dealing magic damage to all enemies around it and leaving an electric field on the area for 3 seconds.
Magic Damage: 70 / 115 / 160 / 205 / 250 (+ 70% AP)
Orianna and/or her allies gain bonus movement speed upon stepping on the field. Enemies, in turn, are Slow icon slowed for the same amount, decaying over 2 seconds after leaving the field._
That tooltip is from the League of Legends wiki. It should not function the way that it obviously does. I don't know how to take snippets of video from the replay of the latest match to prove it, but I know it happens and have watched the replay several times showing it happening. The slow from the W also seems to make it impossible to also dodge the dmg from the q even if you are nowhere near the ball when it lands, and this is with the ball not passing through me. It will land far away from me but it seems that I have already taken dmg from both Q and W even though I am not near the landing location when the ball arrives.
This must be fixed it makes her harass unavoidable, and that is unacceptable when her dmg is so absurd so early and throughout the entire match.
