Bring back Oracles or remove Twitch on URF

Ww Tee Eff··3 votes·1,199 views

Does anyone else feel like these need to be implemented into ARURF? The reason is, 9 times out of 10 Twitch hard carries the game and its almost always a loss if there is a twitch on the enemy team due to perma stealth. After level 2 its game on. Any other recommendations are welcome...

Mods, please move this to the correct section if this isnt it. Thank you

I must be misunderstanding something here...

Oracle Lens item 3364 is still available on ARURF ...

And the cooldown is only a few seconds, if that ..

Plus, if I remember correctly his attack range is further than the range of oracle lens.

Oracle lens is 600 range. Twitch range is 550. Rapid Firecannon increases range by 35% (0.35 x 550 = 192.5) up to a maximum of +150, so his range is 700 range. With his ultimate active he gains 300 range on top of those respectively.

It's pretty unlikely that they are going to add something that reveals stealth in a 1000 unit radius that is permanently active, even if it is just for ARURF exclusively.

... So I don't really see what you are wanting, .. or I don't see Riot doing it.

Then it goes back to my original point of removing twitch as he's too strong and has perma stealth.

Twitch uses camouflage rather than invisibility; if he attacks or is walking by you, you can see him. Oracles does absolutely nothing against him; you need to drop strategic Control Wards which will reveal him before he gets to you.

Well then the whole team has to go 1 item down just to counter one Twitch

Others have the ability to stealth very often, if not just as often. ..

Evelynn (Ivern Technically) Neeko Pyke Rengar Shaco Teemo MonkeyKing

Where do you draw the line?

Pretty much all the champs you put there don't have the range and damage a twitch would. Rengar being an exception along with Wukong being alittle questionable. But They're all fairly okay. But having a ranged champ with super long range, and perma stealth means you almost never know where he is, and when you do, its too late.

Lol you're joking, right?

All of the champions, .. maybe not so much Ivern, .. can pretty easily get to the point where they can blow you up before you can even react to them.

In Teemo's case, .. you might be able to react, and even kill him first, .. but his poison will kill you no matter what you do. .. How is that fair?

Not as quick as Twitch, and even then, Twitch can destroy an entire team with his ult. None of them can. Theres no time to react to him in the middle of a team fight if he shows up last.

Again, I don't really agree with you. of those I listed, Ivern, Teemo, and Evelynn are probably the only ones that can't just appear and freely melt an entire enemy team in a teamfight if fed, ... and I only include Teemo because it isn't as "free" as the others. Even Evelynn can pick targets off one by one.

Neeko's ultimate is a massive, devastating AOE that locks everyone who manages to survive down so she and/or her allies can finish them off.

A fed Pyke's R can execute targets at around half HP, .. and that isn't even the squishies. His large base health pool makes him difficult to kill unless you are also fed, and if you don't he will just go stealth again and get most of that health back.

If the enemy team is dumb enough to fight around bushes, Rengar will just one shot everyone. Without a bush nearby, his ultimate gives him enough mobility that your carry isn't safe anywhere.

Shaco will come out of nowhere and cut you in half with his backstab, fear you and your whole team and just walk away while his boxes and / or his clone finish you off.

And Wukong's Cyclone deals a massive amount of damage per second and the cc makes it easy for his team to put you down, if he doesn't do it himself.

Yeah, except he gets a perma stealth, the oracle lens isnt really permanent. Still 5-10 seconds in between each one.
