New Irelia Vs Old Irelia

I think that new Irelia is worse than old Irelia in terms of kits. Her kit isn't as good as the old one with the w as an aa heal, her e as a stun or slow depending on her hp and her ult heals if it hit and was a good source of damage. But now her kit is heavily reliant on her Q because it scales with AD, the rest of her skills scale with AP (exception of W), this makes her build more of an AP side but she was more of a bruiser before her rework. I kinda feel like she's more of a mid laner with this kit, the only thing that is good in her kit is her passive which shreds shields from tanks. In terms of splash art I recon her new splash art is better.
