the massive amount AD hec is getting thanks to new celerity and his passive (+Zil E) allows the lethality to be amazing on him early game. Making it the best item to rush in this situation.

Having Zilean to boost someone would be cool. Helps you level up, has a stun, gives movement speed, and saves someone with R.

Yeah, the person to boost is better being a champ who can at least 1v3 and have a strong late game.
