Permanent Ban

Obviously this is a thread that has been made many times before. However I'm posting to wonder if there is anyway to repeal a permanent ban. The report in question that got me perma banned happened weeks ago, with nothing happening to signal that that game in particular was reported or flagged. I've had plenty of great games since then, and don't deny I was acting toxicly in the reported game. I have a tendency to meet toxicity with toxicity. especially when people ban off meta champ players knowing full well their team wishes to use them.

I don't recall getting any sort of notification about the possibility of a permanent ban, and seeing how much money I've sunken into this game I feel it's a bit unjust to not give players a chance to fix their ways. I clearly now understand that taking it upon myself to punish rude players is only going to get me in trouble, this permaban instance being my case in point. Seeing as there would be nothing stopping from me from using other accounts that I already have existing I'm curious as to if the permaban can be fought on this account so as I don't lose the hundreds of dollars of skins I've purchased. Even if it's merely a trial unlock, or something similar. I've obviously been banned enough to warrant a perma ban on my initial account, but my other accounts all have fine ratings and most of which haven't even been banned once. Is there truly no way to repent for my actions on the account with monetary value?
