I won a game of my promos but it shows I haven't played them yet because of the servers?!?

I played the first game of my promos earlier today and won and immediately after the game it said pvp.net is down or whatever and my client closed. A few hours later i get back on and its showing I haven't played one game of my promos yet even though the game i played is in my match history. I was hoping riot would take a look at this and if possible reward me back with the victory i had earned. Thanks in advance.
