The maximum damage lucian combo
So I know Lucian shouldn't just waste everything at once, but I found the highest burst combo he has, for which you need about 1.5 attack speed and 40% CDR
The combo is really fast and involves an hard mechanic to use: Landing 4 autos at once, let me explain - you use W and auto attack right after, and dash while the auto attacks are still in the air, and auto attack right after again. Doing this makes it so your E comes off right as you finish your dash, which allows you to do a double dash.
So, here is the full combo: AA + W + 2AA + E + 2AA + E + 2AA + Q + 2AA + Ulti (wait for it to finish) + REPEAT The ultimate lasts for about 3 to 4 seconds, which gives you time to refresh all the abilities in the combo and start it again, so you can pretty much do it twice in a row.
With this combo, I'm confident you can kill litteraly anything in the game. Also, assuming that the bork deals 4% of the target's max HP per attack, we can calculate that after this combo ends (passive AA = 1,5 AA, cause it's 100% + 50% dmg), you will be dealing, with 0 armor, 14 x 4%, which is 56% of the target's HP, just in the bork alone (not counting for raw dmg). Obviously the damage will not be this high as the HP gets lower as you shoot them down
I would also like to add that it is better to start with the W because you can then use the combo right after and still use E 3 times per combo (6 if you have ult)
