Sooooooo I was testing out Camille last night... I built Triforce because of that awesome low cooldown Q.

It got to late game and I went offtank with quite a bit of damage, but not full damage.

I would click for the first Q -> Hit target -> Wait the 1.5s until Camille glowed bright green for the peak proc ;) -> Q again -> 1300 True damage.

I just want to know if this is a bug or intentional... I wasn't even full damage..

As awesome as this is, having a max hemorrhage stack Darius ult on a 3 second cooldown?

I don't know if that's exactly what we need in the game right now xD

It's Riot's way of saying that since they under powered the last 3 champions on release they'll make this release super OP.

I don't mean to sound overly skeptical, but how? Was this a fully maxed Q?

It was probably a crit... She won't be able to crit true dmg on the live server. You could also crit structures on the PBE, Fiora was doing it before release, but they removed it.
