Unfair Reports

Today i got a warning of LoL because of verbal abuse. I never am like:"F*ck you, you noob" i don´t say anything bad like that. And as i got a verbal abuse warning i got prety worried about that. I am no challener and some times i tend to feed, just soemtimes really, never on purpose, and sometimes we lose because of me(prety bad). So i guess that´s their way of do something about me. They troll and report me for verbal abuse. What can happen me now if i keep getting trolled like this?

Can it be because sometimes in chat with my friends i swear?

Reports just get your log scanned. If you didn't say anything your fine.

I don't know what you define unfair... but in my eyes every (negative) behavior can be a reportable one. Especially on weekends/afternoon when the average IQ and toxicity hits the ground due to the lack of adults per servers. But let me explain with a story:

Once I played Amumu this guy in the jungle who is considered really weak early on but gets useful later as the game progresses. I was on red side so seemed like a good idea to start with gromp in the hope of an early leash. Unfortunately my precious ADC got the gold and the XP from it even though I pinged him back. I don't know if it was intentionally or not but his "LOL" message didn't help me to decide that either afterwards. So I walked away to enslave blue (like nothing happened) when a wild enemy Blitzcrank appeared and ignited me. I died of course. ADC wrote down the following words: "hahahhaa man u so bad" and the was like: "ez no challnge at all". Long story short I blocked and reported both of them without hesitation.
