I need help from Higher Tier players!

Hello! I am playing on EUNE and I was Diamond 5 previous season. In S7 I have come up to Platinum 1 and now I have fallen to Platinum 3 due to increasing amounts of "incompetent players" that have obviously been "boosted" in their ranks. I do not blame anyone. I had 12 game lose streak and I have only performed badly in about 3 of them. Even if I am fed, I cannot carry my other 1 or 2 teammates that don't communicate or play as well as their ranking shows. I would like for a higher tier player (Master, Challenger) to spectate me for a couple of games to point out the mistakes I do without knowing and to give me advice how to deal with the kind of games, mentioned above. I will provide compensation for the work ofcourse. I know this request is weird but I would like to Climb and not fall because of stupid things. To me, League of Legends seems like a RNG simulator at this point. Either you get a solid team (15%) or a complete wreck of a team (84%). The other 1% is miracles. I appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

P.S. I mostly play Gangplank, Yasuo, Darius and Yorick (Was top 200).

Lol that's what i feel atm trying to get back to plat v somewhat feels like RNG simulator one min I am matched with players that are plat v - plat 3 next game the system matches me with players that are silver 1 - gold v lol even though my mmr was of plat v......it's a huge skill difference in tiers imo

sadly my mmr has taken a huge hit recently, I spent 2 weeks grinding my butt off for my plat v placements and 2 weeks worth of work gone in less than 4 days. Players that say League of Legends isn't about RNG it's completely false, like I said one game i'm matched with players my tier next my team is silver 1's to gold v's (vs) plat v - plat iii players huge skill difference between my 2 dodges for the day I cannot avoid every deck of cards dealt, maybe I could have won some of the games but meh i've seen players drop d1 to d5 in 2 days.....
