I thought I was supposed to get a chest when I got a S ranking

I just got S on lee sin and didn't receive a chest. Riot what gives? I haven't gotten a chest from Lee yet this month :( Am I not understanding the method that you get chests?

"Earn locked Mastery Chests by performing well across a variety of champions or as part of a team. When you or someone in your premade party earns any S rank, you’ll acquire a chest. You can earn up to four chests each month, and each champion you play can earn you one chest per season." Doesn't say anything about "chance".

hm ... 12 month per season .. 4 weeks/champs per moth ... i'll need to play 48 champs in order to get all chest on this way?

Just played and won a game where my jungler got an S, jungler didn't anything nor did I. system appears bugged

Have you already received a chest? You can only receive one mastery chest per day i'm pretty sure. There's also a chance that riot giving out a free chest is messing with it?
