Nerf Caitlin

While playing League of Legends for about a year and a half, I have noticed that Caitlin is really over powered in both early and late game. Her range is extremely unfair towards the other ranged champs in the game (to much range, beats other champs) and, when she has her items, she deals WAY to much damage ( I mean like 2500 Damage in one hit). A nerf update on Caitlin would be nice to equal her out with the rest of the ranged champion. I would greatly appreciate for RIOT to take this into consideration. Thank you for your time to read.

I understand that, but I'm finding more people playing Caitlin than the other ADC's. Yes, criticize me all you want, but this is my opinion and I know that most people will disagree with me but I want to see if anyone agree's with me.

. MissFortune 54.78% . Twitch 52.01% . Jinx 51.69% . Jhin 51.51% . Draven 50.45% . Caitlyn 49.86%

if anything she is below 50% win rate and needs a buff

No way, her range and her passive makes her really op + her trap which activates her passive if u are stuck in the trap. (Her passive does a lot) and don't get me wrong, a lot of champs need a Nerf but Caitlin is starting to become a little bit annoying.

Trust me, Miss F is op, no judging there, but honestly I find Caitlin more annoying because she has more range than MF. I would make a discussion about MF but I would probably get a lot of hate msg from all the MF players.

cait has always had range that is always been her identity as an adc but take jihn he has just as much range, he has traps invisible and his ult if a 4 shot that gets stronger pure bullet and slows with the 4th doing massive crit damage and he has a higher win % of 2 %

Yes but Jhin has a fixed attack speed so he cant shoot as fast as Caitlin can. Also, his traps only slow not stun. And life steal with Jhin is almost useless but with Caitlin, she could be Jhin easily, Especially since jhin is really slow early game.

cait has two strong points in the game

early in lane before the 1st back and mid-late game with a full crit build and poke and siege inbetween those times she dips hard mid game and dont have great attack speed her attack speed is on the low side for auto attackers as adcs is concerned.

I beg to differ. I play jinx ADC and me and Cait have the same attack speed items and she will still have more attack speed that me. Also with her increased ranged over the other ADCs, she has the first strike against everyone else.

Yes, but jinx's mini gun has medium range and her rocket launcher has long range, bu her rocket launcher is very slow at level 1.

cait dont get bonus attack speed passive like jinx with her mini gun her mini gun gives her bonus attack speed that stacks

so jinx has more attack speed regardless

Yet Cait still has more range that any of jinxs guns. My point is for a champ to have that range and to be able to increase their attack speed, is unfair.

Hey that's up to RIOT I just wanted Caitlin to have her range nerfed, but I clearly see people think my argument is illogical. But my argument stands, nerf Caitlins range

but once again that is her identity as a champ if you take that from her what is the point of having her as a champ at all...

if you want to do that and say they do that with buffing her in other areas she will go from a 49% win rate down to bout 40%

i say over all with the items, meta, match ups etc she is ok place and needs some help

Twitch has 850 range and more AD when he ults, Caitlyn has 650 Jinx outranges Caitlyn by 50 with rockets and has AOE splash for full 110% Tristana equals out late game with caits range Jhins W and R outrange caitlyns ult Varus Q poke more range than any adc poke besides jhin W Ashe has 600 range.

I will give you a $100 RP card if you show me where Caitlyn is hittin someone for 2500 because that is impossible math wise.

Thanks for those kind words, like I said with other people, it's just my opinion. And yes I will admit I over exaggerated with the 2500 damage thing I'm sorry, didn't think people would be so offended over some random guy posting a complaint over a champ.

well you have to understand the meta of what champs are strong and who arent... people make alot of post about champs they dont like for whatever reason... but just cuz you as a player my have an issue playing vs cait due to her range dont mean she is overpowered or is in need of a nerf... maybe its lack of experience in the match up. maybe the adcs you play dont do well vs her... there are alot of factors. the game is very complexed and have different levels of power spikes and falls offs of when and how a champs is strong or weak and knowning this part of the game and knowing how to play around it is as well.

vs cait in lane just farm what you can dont give her kills and when she over extends punish her and kill her...

for me i have issues playing vs jihn draven and lucian

i can win vs the other adcs just fine but that is a issue i have vs those champs as a player dont mean they are broken or need nerfs

Saying caitlyn hit you for 2500 just makes you look pretty ignorant and looks like you want to complain.

Especially when you tell that to a 820k mastery point caitlyn main because i dont think theres a single ability in the game besides veigars ult that hits the 2XXX number.
