7 game lose streak

I'm pretty triggered because I was in promos for silver I and all of a sudden I started losing every game and I've been on a 7 game lose streak and now am sitting at mid s3 I had been on a 80%ish win rate before and now its gone to shit. I'm a mid main with secondary role top. I can usually carry by going even/winning in lane but bot or jg have been feeding and I just get deleted. I usually focus on my lane but it's hard when I ping bot and they don't back off and get double killed. Around the middle of my lose streak I was feeding pretty hard going like 2/5 or 2/6 with 1/8 teammates. lately I've been having decent positive or even scores but still can't seem to carry because we get stomped so hard. The mentalities of the players I'm with is extremely toxic and I usually end up having to /muteall. They all just look for someone to blame for all their mistakes. It feels like low priority queue with hinting and afks almost every game. A pretty good support asked to duo and he afkd 10 minutes into the game because he had to do something. How do I get out of this hell hole
